U.S. stock futures rose early Monday, as Wall Street prepares for the busiest week of earnings, which will include reports from some of the largest tech companies. Futures contracts tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average implied an opening gain of about 35 points. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures both traded solidly higher.
